Sandra L. Popescu, a California Professional Accountancy Corporation, specializes in business valuations, economic loss analyses, forensic accounting, and financial analyses for decision making. As a trained mediator, we also assist clients with finding solutions to issues arising from marital or partnership dissolutions involving the division of assets and debts, support issues, tax issues, etc.. While we strongly support and participate in out-of-court settlements including collaborative and mediated divorce, collaborative and mediated civil settlements, we also assist clients with their litigated cases as either a Financial Consultant or as an Expert Witness. We provide the accounting required to accurately value the economic impact of situations and identify the errors, weaknesses, and strengths of opposing arguments and calculations. Sandra L. Popescu, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst and has been in private practice since 1988. She is also trained in Collaborative Divorce, as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and as a Mediator. We serve Orange County, Riverside and the Greater San Diego area.
